JUDGMENT
THIS CAUSE having come on before this Court for hearing
on June 30, 1980 at 9:30 a.m. on the Petition. for Payment of
laim filed by Petitioner John Edgar Sherrard, and Xhe Court
eing fully advised in the premises and the Petitioner John
Edgar Sherrard and counsel for the Estate of Stuart F. Gordon,
Deceased:, Brad Culverhouse both being present at said hearing
and the Court finding that the two claims of Petitioner John
Edgar Sherrard were properly filed in the Estate and that no
objection to said claims was filed by the personal representa-
tive or any other person interested in the estate and that
it has been more than four months from the first publication
of the Notice of Administration, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Petitioner John Edgar
Sherrard does have and recovers from the Estate of Stuart F..
Gordon, Deceased the sum of $436.32, for which let execution
i
issue.
