KNOW AlL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that First Federal Savings and loan Association of Fort Pierce, a corporation under
the laws of the United States of America, the owner of a certain mortgage given by ~dltleS F . Young and
and Carol M. Young, his wife dated Septen~er 3, 1976 ,and recorded
in the public records of St. LUCie County, Florida, in O.R. Book 257 on page
1254 ,securing the payment of the sum of SIXTEEN THOUSAND AND NO/100
tars (316,000.00 )
covering property in the County of St. LUCIe Florida, doth hereby acknowledge that it
has received full payment of the indebtedness evidenced by said mortgage and the note secured thereby, end doth hereby
cancel and discharge said mortgage and release and quit-claim all right, title and interest conveyed by said mortgage in
and to the premises described therein, and doth hereby direct the Clerk of the Circut Court of the aforesaid County to
cancel the same of record.
