5, This Agreement is binding upon the heirs, personal representa-
tives, successors and assigns of the parties. •
6. The Owner(s) shall be bound to the Association to the saiae ex- ~
` tent and in the same manner as if the Owner(s) were Mortgagor(s) under said
mortgage and the maker(s) of-all praaissory notes secured thereby.
7. The Association hereby ag•ees that the credit of the Owner(s) -
is satisfactory and that the above stated new interest rate payable on the
sums secured by said mortgage is also satisfactory, and the Association
hereby consents to the sale, transfer and/or conveyance of the mortg~t~ed.•
