NOTICE OF COMMENCEMENT

Personally before me the undersigned officer, authorized by the
laws of said State to administer oaths, comes SOL WORTMAN and
SYLVIA WORTMAN, his wife,. who, on oath says that they are the
owners of the property described below and that no improvements
have actually been commenced on this property.
This notice is filed pursuant to .Chapter 713.13, Florida
Statutes, to give Notice of Commencement of improvements to the
