NOTICE OF LIS PENDENS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN TO all whom it may concern,
that on the 17th day of July, 1980, Plaintiff, PARTNERS ENTERPRISES,
INC., instituted a suf t against the above-named Defendants, SAVERIO
J. VECCHIONE and LOUIS CERRATO, in the Circuit Court.
The relief sought by the said Plaintiff as to such property
as the foreclosure of a mortgage, to terminate and declare null and
void any rights and interests of-the Defendants, to declare all
other interests in the property to be inferior to that of the Plaintiff
and to foreclose the same and for certain other relief.
The property sought to be foreclosed, which is located
~ in Saint Lucie County., Florida, is described as follows:

the West line of the East of the SW 1/4 of
~ 'the NE l/4 of Section 22,-Township 36 South,
Range 40 East, with the easterly right of way
line of the former State Road No. 4, as -
conveyed to the State of Florida by deed
- recorded in Deed. Book 72, page 34; thence run
East a distance of 500 feet; thence run
South 300 feet; thence run West to, the said -
right of way line; thence run Northwesterly
along said right of way line,to.the point of
beginning. _
LESS AND EXCEPT .
a strip of land 45 feet in width across the
westerly side of the above parcel of land,
which has been taken for additional right
of way for State Road No. 5.
