TRI-COUNTY ACCEPTANCE CORP. moves for an order directing the
,clerk of this court. to issue a writ of assistance directing that
defendants, WILLIE C. PONDERS and BARBARA JEAN PONDERS, his wife,
be removed from possession of the following-described property:
Lot 7 of Block 9 of SUNNY ACRES SUBDIVISION N0.1
accord-ing to the Plat thereof recorded~in Plat Book 8,
at Page 25 of the Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida; together with the improvements thereon and
all furniture, fixtures and equipment contained therein,
replacements thereof and additions thereto.
and attaches affidavits in support of this motion.
