_ This cause came on to be heard, ex parte, upon-the Petitbner/
Husband's Petition for Writ of Ne Exeat, and upon reading and filing the Petition
duly signed and verified by h1m whereby it appears that the Wite, Mary S Lamplough
may remove herself and the Petitioner's son, Henry Martin Lamplough, from the State
of Florida prior to or immediately after certain scheduled hearings in this cause,
not to return and thus deprive the Husband/Petitioner of all contact with his son
as granted by the terms and conditions of the Agreement between the parties as
incorporated in their Final Judgment of Dissolution of Marriage, and the Court
having been otherwise advised in the premises, it is
~ Ordered and Adjudged that a Writ of Ne Exeat be issued forth-
