This cause came on to be heard, ex parte, upon the Husband/
Petitioner's Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus of Henry Martin Lamplough, and
upon reading and .filing the Petition of John H Lamplough duly signed and verified by
him, whereby it appears that Henry Martin Lamplough is illegally held and retrained
of his liberty by the Wife, Mary S Lamplough, currently residing in Martin County,
Florida, and stating wherein the alleged illegality consists, from which it appears
to me that a Writ of Habeas Corpus ought to issue:
It is Ordered that a Writ of Habeas Corpus issue out of and under
the seal of the Nineteenth Judicial Circuit Court in and for St Lucie County, Florida, -
directed to -the said Wife, Mary S Lamplough, commanding her to have the body of the
~ said Henry Martin Lamplough before me, in the Courtroom of the said Court at Ft. Pierce
j on July 29 , 198u at ~ 12:00 0' cl ock noon of that day,
to do. and receive what shall then and there be considered concerning the said Petitioner,
together with the time and cause of the detention of Henry Martin Lamplough.
~ Done and Ordered in Chambers at the St Lucie County Courthouse,
Fort Pierce, Florida, on this ~ day of July 1980.
