Satisfaction of Mortgage
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that First Federal Savings and loan Association of Fort Pierce,.a corporation under
the laws of the United States of America, the owner of a.certain mortgage given by Emmitt Bullard and Rosa
Bullard, his wife dated December 14th 19 64 ,and recorded
in the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, in 0. R. Book 109 on page
53 .securing the payment of the sum of One Thousand, Five Hundred and no/100--------------

covering property in the County of St. Lucie ,Florida, doth hereby acknowledge that it
has received full payment of the indebtedness evidenatd by said mortgage and the note secured thereby, and cloth hereby
cancel and discharge said mortgage and release and quit-claim all right, title and interest conveyed by said mortgage in
and to the premises dexribed therein, and cloth hereby direct the Clerk of the Circut Court of the aforesaid County to
cancel the same _of record. .
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, said First Federa! Savings and Loan Associaton of Fort Pierce has caused these presents to be
subxribed in its corporate name by its Assistant Vice President
and its corporate seal to be hereto affixed this 14th day of July . 19 80•
