the aforementioned promissory note of BARRY W. IRWIN

present outstanding principal balance is in the amount

Mortgagee further agrees that in the event of foreclosure
of the aforementioned mortgage given by BARRY W. IRWIN
and PATRICIA A. IRWIN, his wife, that he will exhaust the
