KNOW ALL I~lEN BY TBBSB PRESBNTS, That W. N. NADDOX
CONSTRUCTION, INC., a Florida corporation, the Lienor and -
holder of a certain Claim of Lien filed by W. N. MADDOX
CONSTRUCTION, INC., the Lienor, against ISLAND PARTNBRS, INC.
and Co-Guarantor, W. F: TAYLOR, bearing date the 16th day of
April, 1980, and recorded in Official Records Book 329, page
1696, -in the Office- of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of
Martin County, State of Florida, claiming a Lien in the sum
of $205,963.92, upon real property in St. Lucie County, i
Florida, particulary described in Schedule A attached hereto
and made a part hereof, has received full payment of said
Claim of Lien, and does hereby acknowledge satisfaction of -
said Claim of Lien, and hereby directs the Clerk of- said
Circuit Court to cancel the same of record.
