of State Road A-1-A and being more particularly described as
follows: ~ -
Commence at the point of intersection of the centerline
of State Road A-1-A and the South line of NETTLES ISLAND
PROJECT according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat
Book 16, Page 1, Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida;
thence N 75° 29' 09" E along said South line a distance of
50.34 feet to the Easterly right-of-way line of State Road
A-1-A and the POINT OF BEGINNING; thence continue N 75° 29' 09"
E along said South line a distance of 476 feet more or less
to the Mean High Water line of the Atlantic Ocean; thence
meander said Mean High Water line Northwesterly a distance of
499 feet more or less to the point of intersection with the
North line of said Tract 16; thence S 81° 07' 38" W a distance
of 520 feet more or less to the Easterly right-of-way line of
-said State Road A-1-A; thence S 21° 13' S2" E along said
Easterly right-of-way line a distance of 552.93-feet to the
POINT OF BEGINNING.
LESS and excepting the Southerly 20.00 feet thereof as. measured at
right angles to the said South line of Tract 16, of NETTLES ISLAND
PROJECT.
