records of St. Lucie County, Florida
BEFORE Imo, the undersigned authority, this day personally
appeared ELMER KREISER who, upon first being by me duly cautioned
and sworn, did depose and say .that he was the grantee in that
.certain warranty deed of conveyance from Joseph H. Brennan, et ux,
dated July 27, 1979, recorded in O. R. Book 314 at page 1153
of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida; that he was
the grantor in a subsequent deed of conveyance dated December 21, 1979,
which deed named as grantees David Bagwell, a single man, and Anita
Olson, a single woman, which deed was recorded in O. R. Book 322 ~
at page 2955; that through inadvertence, the celibacy of .the
grantor (this affiant) was not stated in said deed, nor was there
a covenant contained therein that the property described in the deed
was not the homestead of the grantor;~that in fact the property
described in the deed recorded in O. R. Book 322 at page 2955 of

the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, did not constitute
the hometstead of the grantor, .(this affiant,) nor did it ever constitute
such homestead; that in fact, affiant's home address at the time
he obtained title to said property, as well as at the time he conveyed
the title by deed in O. R. Book 322 at page 2955 was as follows:
Rt. 1, Box 401-B, Highway 710, Indiantown, Florida 33456.
Further, affiant sayeth not.
