The undersigned, ROGER POITRAS, Clerk of the Court,
certifies that he executed and filed a Certificate of Sale in
this action on July 9, 1980, for the property described herein,.
and~that no objections to the sale have been filed within the
time allowed for filing objections.
The following property in St. Lucie County, Florida: '
Commencing at the.point.of intersection of the Easterly
right of way line of the Florida East Coast~Railway Company
right of way with the Southerly line of the South 200
feet of the North 380 feet of that part of Section 4,
Township 37 South, Range '41 East, as described in deed
filed for record in Deed Book 149, page 73, public records
of St, Lucie County, Florida, thence run Northerly along
said Easterly right of way line of Florida East Coast
Railway a distance of 101.89 feet to the Point. or Place

. said Easterly right of way line of Florida East Coast
a Railway Company to the point of intersection of said
