This cause was heard upon the verified Petition for
;:Adoption filed in this cause and the recommendations of the '
`.Department of Health and Rehabilitative Services, and it
ap*~earing to the Court that the Petitioners are fit and proper
'':persons to adopt the minor child sought. to be adopted and that
the best interest of the child will be promoted by the adoption
`and that the child is suitable for adoption by Petitioners,
'DOUGLAS THEODORE TUNGATE and GLENDA :TALES TUNGATE, and being
.otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is
