FINAL JUDGMENT OF ADOPTION ~
This cause was heard upon the verified Petition for Adoption
filed in this cause, and Petitioner, ROBERT VANCE SMITH, having -
acquired custody of the-minor children .from his wife, LORRAINE ROSE
SMITH, the natural mother of the minor children, on April 6, 1979,-
the date Petitioner and the natural mother were married in Kensington, -
Maryland, and the Petitioner, ROBERT VANCE SMITH, and the natural
mother, LORRAINE ROSE SMITH, being husband and wife and living
together, and the natural father of the minor children sought to be ~
adopted having consented to the adoption, and it appearing to the
Court that the Petitioner is a fit and proper person to adopt the
minor children, and that the best interests of the children will be
promoted by the adoption, and that the children are suitable for ~

adoption by Petitioner, ROBERT VANCE SMITH, and being otherwise

fully advised in the p"remises, it is
ADJUDGED that the minor children known as MICHAEL SCOTT LOHR
.and REBECCA JO LOHR are declared to be the legal children of the
Petitioner, ROBERT VANCE SMITH, and are given the names of MICHAEL -
SCOTT SMITH and REBECCA JO SMITH by which-names they shall hereafter-
be known, and it is -
ADJUDGED that these children shall be the children and legal ~
heirs of the Petitioner, ROBERT VANCE SMITH, entitled to all rights ~
and privileges and-subject to all obligations of children born to
Petitioner, ROBERT VANCE SMITH, in lawful wedlock.
DONE AND ORDERED in Fort Pierce, Florida, this day of
