1980, upon the Motion to Dismiss with Prejudice filed by
the. Defendant, and it appearing that the Plaintiffs have

failed to file amended pleadings and that on April 7, 1980
an Order was entered dismissing the Second Amended Complaint
and granting twenty days to amend and that more than ninety
days have gone by and the Plaintiffs have failed to amend,
and the Court being otherw~.se fully advised in.the premises,
it is upon consideration
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Motion to Dismiss with

Prejudice, be and the same is hereby granted, and this cause

be and the same is hereby dismissed with prejudice.
