KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that GUY R. BRUNI, as
attorney for the holders and owners of a certain judgment dated
~ the 24th day of May, 1979, in that certain case in which JUDITH
BESS, as Personal Representative of the Estate of William J.

o Snyder, deceased, et al. are Plaintiffs and ROGER EIIGENE MOYER,
et al. are Defendants, the same being Case-No. 80-283 CA, the
said judgment having been entered in Official Record Book 331,
Pages 2905 and 2906, of the public records of Saint Lucie County,
- Florida, has received full payment of said judgment in the
amount of $112,500.00, and acknowledges full and complete
satisfaction and payment of said judgment, and hereby requests
and orders the Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for Saint Lucie
l County, Florida, to cancel said judgment of record.
