O~R D E R
THIS CAUSE was duly presented by the State Attorney on the
14th day of July, 1980, Respondent having been present in Court and the
Court being advised in the premises, it is;
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that Respondent shall be required to pay
the sum of $1,325.00 arrears due and owing to the Union County Welfare
Board, Elizabeth, New Jersey 07207, at the rate of $40.00 per month
until fully paid. These payments are to begin on the first day of
August, 1980, and thereafter on the first day of each and every month;
said payments shall be made in cash, by cashier's check or by postal
money order to the Clerk of the Circuit Court of St. Lucie County,
~ P. O. Drawer 700, Fort Pierce, Florida, and the said Clerk shall trans-
mit the said payments to: Child Support Enforcement Section, 1317 Wine-
E wood Boulevard, Tallahassee, Florida 32301, for transmittal to the
State of New Jersey as long as the case is certified as a Title IV-D

case. If the Clerk receives notification by the Department of Health

And Rehabilitative Services that the case. is no longer a IV-~D case, .
the Clerk will then forward all support to: Union County Probation
Office, 32 Winfield Scott Plaza, Elizabeth, New Jersey 07207.
DONE AND ORDERED in Chambers at Fort Pierce, Florida, this
day of July, 1980. .
