O R D E R
THIS CAUSE coming on to be heard upon Petitioner's Rule
To Show Cause, Respondent having been present in Court and the Court
being-advised in the premises, it is,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. Respondent shall keep this Court informed of his
current residence and mailing address at all times.
2. Arrears in this case through July 14,_1980, are in
the sum of $1,945.00, and Respondent stated in open court that he
would pay the sum of $250.00 toward the reduction of arrears on
Monday, July 21, 1980; however, support payments shall continue at -
the previously ordered rate-of $30.00 per week as to regular support,
plus an additional $20.00 per week to be applied to. arrears. Each
j payment shall include an additional $2.00 as Clerk's fee for receiving
~ and disbursing support payments. The $30.00 per week regular support-

'E payments shall re-commence on Monday, July 21, 1980, and the $20.00
~ -
per week arrearage payment shall commence on Monday, July 28, 1980.
All support payments-shall be disbursed by the Clerk to: Bureau of
Support, Floor M-2, Lake County Court House, 47 North Park Place,
Painesville, Ohio 44077.
3. The above. provision regarding payments on arrearages -
shall be in effect until or unless arrangements are made between
.Petitioner and Respondent as to settlement of arrearages and proof
in writing as to such settlement is furnished to this Court. -
