ORDER
THIS CAUSE coming on to be heard on the 14th day of July,
1980, upon Petitioner's Rule To Show Cause, Respondent being present
in Court and the Court being advised in the premises, it is,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. Child support payments for the benefit of FRANK
FULLER, born 8/3/63, and MICHAEL FULLER, born_5/23/67, shall cease
as of July 12, 1980, as said minor children are now in the. custody,
care and control of Respondent; however, support payments of 560.00
per month for the benefit of DOLORES FULLER, born 8/6/64, shall
continue until such time as said child shall reside with Respondent
I~ in Fort Pierce, Florida, at which time Respondent shall be required
~ to report this fact to the URESA Division of the Office of State
~ Attorney, 217 South Second Street, Fort Pierce, Florida.
2. No ruling as to arrearages is made at this time.
