O R D E R
THIS CAUSE having come on for hearing on the 14th day of
July, 1980, upon Respondent's oral motion to dismiss the Order For
Support previously entered in this case, dated June 13, 1979, for
the reason that both of the children named in said Order are currently
in the custody, care and control of Respondent, and the Court being
fully advised in the premises, it is,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Order For Support entered
in this case on June 13, 1979, be and the same is hereby dismissed.
-DONE AND ORDERED in Chambers at Fort Pierce, St. Lucie
County, Florida, this day of July,- 1980.
