This cause was duly presented by the State Attorney and the Respondent having bean present in
Court, and the Court being advised in the premises, it is,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Respondent pay to the Petitioner for the benefit of

These payments are to begin on the

of each and every week that said payments shall be made in cash, by cashier's check
or by postal money order to the Clerk of the Circuit Court of St . Lucie County,
P. O. Box 700-, Fort Pierce, Florida,
Florida,/and the said Clerk shall transmit the said payments to Bureau of Child Support,
920 Church Street, Wilmington, Delaware 19801.
Petitioner shall furnish Respondent with her present address and telephone
number so that Respondent may have telephone visitation with his daughter

That this Court shall retain jurisdiction of this cause for the purpose of enforcing this Order
and entering such further orders as may be deemed equitable.
