Stipulation between the parties and this Court finding that both

parties have agreed to this Court entering a Restraining Order against °
both of them without notice to either of them, and the Court being

otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED AS FOLLOWS:
1. That the Stipulation entered into by and between RALPH E. ~
NEWMAN, Husband and NITA C. NEWMAN, Wife, be, and is hereby ordered ~
ratified and approved and confirmed by this Court.
2. That RALPH E. NEWMAN and VITA C. NEWMAN be, and are hereby
ordered enjoined in restrained -from interfering with, harrassing,
asaulting, abusing, bothering, or. otherwise interfering with one ~

another, and the Sheriff of Saint Lucie County and his authorized
deputies be, and are hereby ordered to enforce this Restraining Order
