This cause was duly presented by the State Attorney and the Respondent having been present in ~
Court, and the Court being advised in the premises, it is,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Respondent pay to the Petitioner for the benefit of

or by postal money order to the Clerk of the Circuit Court of ST. LUCIE County,
P. O. Drawer 700, Fort Pierce, Florida, .

Section, 1317 Winewood Boulevard, Tallahassee, Florida 3 O1, for trans-
mittal to the-State of Wisconsin as long as the case is certified as a r
Title IV-D case. If the Clerk receives notification by the Department
of Health & Rehabilitative Services that the case is no longer a IV-D
1 case, he will then forward all support to: Clerk of Court, Dunn County
Courthouse, 800 Wilson Avenue, Menomonie, Wisconsin 54751.
That this Court shall retain jurisdiction of this cause .for the purpose of enforcing this Order
and entering such further orders as may be deemed equitable.
