This cause having come before this Court on July 16, 1980,
upon the Wife's request for temporary custody, temporary child }
F
support, temporary alimony, temporary possession of the marital
dwelling, temporary restraining order, temporary possession of
the 1978 Ford LTD and both parties having been present and re-
presented by counsel and the Court having been fully advised
in the premises, it is
ORDERED AND~ADJUDGED as follows:
1. TEMPORARY CUSTODY. Temporary custody of Christine
Haynes born July 21, 1966 and Michael Haynes born. March 27,.1971, _
minor children of the parties, is hereby awarded to the Wife,
Martha Haynes with liberal visitation rights reserved to the
Husband, Lynn E. Haynes including all day.Sunday of each week com-
mencing July 20; 1980, and other times arranged by reasonable
notice to the Wife.
2. TEMPORARY SUPPORT. Commencing Friday July 18, 1980,
the Husband, Lynn E. Haynes, shall pay to the Wife, Martha J. Haynes,
the sum of $35.00 per week per child, totaling $70.00 per week, each
and every week for the support of the minor children above named.
Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and by ,

him remitted promptly to Martha J. Haynes, 738 S.E. Fallon Drive,
Port St. Lucie., Florida. In addition there is hereby assessed the
sum of $2.00 as statutory cost to be added to each payment made to
the Clerk. All payments shall be made in cash, money order, or
cashier's check. `
