HomeMy WebLinkAbout0845 Both of the parties are ordered to keep the Clerk of the Court advised of their mailing and residence addresses at all times -while this order is in effect. 3: TEMPORARY POSSESSION OF HOME. During the pendency of this litigation the Wife is hereby awarded the exclusive use and possession of the marital dwelling and the furniture and fixtures thefein, lo- cated at 738 S. E. Fallon Drive, Port St. Lucie, Florida, for herself and the minor children. During the pendency of this litigation the Wife is directed not to dispose of any of the furniture or fixtures located in the marital dwelling and further ordered to commit no waste. - 4. REMOVAL OF HUSBAND. The Musband is hereby ordered to re- move himself and his personal effects only from the marital dwelling located at 738 S. E. Fallon Drive, Port St. Lucie, Florida, on or before Friday July 18,-1980, allowing himself July 19 and 20, 1980 to relocate himself in premises other than the marital dwelling. 5. TEMPORARY ALIMONY AND OTHER PAYMENTS. Commencing Friday July 18, 1980, t e Kusband Lynn E. Haynes shall pay to the ir~ife Martha J. Haynes t sum of $100.00 each and every month as tempor- ary alimony. In addition, during the pendency of this litigation the Husband shall be solely responsible-for making the mortgage pay- f ments for the marital dwelling and shall contribute one-half of the payments for the utilities of the marital dwelling. 6. TEMPORARY POSSESSION OF AUTOMOBILE. During the pendency of this litigation the Wife shall have the exclusive use and pos- session of the 1978 Ford.LTD automobile and she shall be responsible to make the payments so long as she has the temporary exclusive and possession of said automobile. 7. MUTUAL RESTRAINING ORDER.- Each of the parties is hereby temporarily enjoined and restrained from interferring withfharassing or annoying the other. If a violation of this restraining order oc- curs, then the Sheriff of St. Lucie County and his deputies are hereby ordered and directed to take the offending party into their custody without necessity of any further court order and to bring the of- f fending party before this 6ourt on the next available court date.
