PARTIAL RELEASE OF MORTGAGE
INTERCONTINENTAL BANK, a Florida banking corporation, holder of the
mortgage executed by SAND DOLLAR VILLAS DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, a Florida
corporation, to INTERCONTINENTAL BANK, a Florida banking corporation, dated
December 28, 1978, and recorded in Official Records Book 300, Pages 2081 .
through 2097, inclusive, Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, for
good and valuable consideration to it paid, receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged, hereby on this ~t~day of ...~1~c 1980, releases
from the lien of that mortgage, the real propetr=ty~n

as follows:
That certain Condominium parcel composed of Unit No. 819 ,
and an undivided 1/47th share-in tfiose common elements -
appurtenant thereto in accordance with and subject to the
covenants, conditions, restrictions, terms and other pro-
visions of that Declaration of Condominium of SAND DOLLAR
VILLAS CONDOMINIUM B, as recorded in Official Records Book •
327, page 2576, and as amended in Official Records Book 327,
page 2640, all in the Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida. •
-without impairing the lien of that mortgage on the remaining part of the
property described in that mortgage.
FURTHER, specifically releasing and terminating as to said~Unit No. s i9
Sand Dollar Villas Condominium B, that certain UCC-1 Financing Statement between
Sand Dollar Villas Development Corporation and Intercontinental Bank filed
December 29, 1978 and recorded in Official Records Book 300, Page 2104, Public _
Records of~St. Lucie County, Florida.

the foregoing instrument, and that they severally acknowledged executing the
