mortgage executed. by SAND DOLLAR VILLAS DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, aFlorida -
corporation, to INTERCONTINENTAL BANK, a Florida banking corporation, dated
December 28, 1978, and recorded in Official Records Book 300, Pages 2081
through 2097, inclusive, Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, for -
good and valuable consideration to it paid, receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged, hereby on this llthday of July 1980, releases
from the lien of that mortgage;

That certain Condominium parcel composed of Unit No. 119 ,
and an undivided 1/47th share in those common elements
appurtenant thereto in accordance with and subject to the
covenants, conditions, restrictions, terms and other pro-
visions of that Declaration of Condominium of SAND DOLLAR
VILLAS CONDOMINIUM B,-as recorded in Official Records Book
327, page 2516, and as amended in Official Records Book 327,
page 2640, all in the Public Records of St. Lucie County, ~
Florida. ~ -
without impairing the lien of that mortgage on the remaining part of the
property described in that mortgage.
FURTHER, specifically releasing and terminating as to said Unit No. 11 9 _
Sand Dollar Villas Condominium B, that certain UCC-1 Financing Statement between
Sand Dollar Villas-Development Corporation and Intercontinental Bank filed .
December 29, 1978 and recorded in Official Records Book 300, Page 2104, Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida. -
