7. When Purchaser shall have performed hereunder, the Seller will at its •
expense furnish the Purchaser with an Abstract of Title to said land certified to date.
8. .That time is of the essence of this contract; and all covenants herein
contained shall extend to and be obligatory upon the successors, heirs, personal repre- 1
sentatives and assigns of the Seller•and Purchaser, respectively.
9. Payments not made within 10 days of due date will incur a $10.00 penalty.
10. THIS CONTRACT CANNOT BE ASSIGNED WITHOUT WRITTEN CONSENT OF AVON MANOR. PARK, ~
