The Grantee agrees to be bound by all of. said provisions; the Grantee acknowledges and agrees that all of said provisions -are reasonable, fair and equitable; the Grantee hereby impresses a lien upon the land and real property described above, as security for his obligations as described in said Declaration of CondominitmT and its exhibits; and the Grantee acknowledges and agrees that said Declaration of Condominium and its exhibits and the Purchase Agreement executed by the .Grantor and the Grantee contain all of the warranties, representations and induce- ments concerning the purchase by the Grantee of the land and real property described above.
