.THIS CAUSE having come before this. Court on the 18th
ay of June, 980 on the Defendant's, NORA B. MILLER, Motion
o Dismiss as to Count V and VI of the Second Amended
omplaint and the Court having heard argument of counsel and
awing been fully advised in the premises; and an Order having
een erronously entered on June 23, 1980 dismissing Counts
and VI of the Second Amended Complaint, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED:
I. That the Defendants Motion to Dismiss as to Counts

Ij and VI of the Second Amended Complaint is hereby denied.
2. That all Defendants have fifteen (15) days from
he-date of this Order within which to fully answer the Second
