THIS CAUSE coming on to be heard the 1st day of July, 1980, on
W.R. SCOTT'S Motion To Instruct Receiver, and the Court, having heard the -
Receiver ex parte, having considered the Motion and being fully advised, it
is, therefor
ORDERED:
1. -The Receiver be and he is hereby authorized to retain counsel for
i -
f the purpose of defending the various lawsuits brought against the Corporate
Defendants, or either of them, and he is instructed to cause to be filed
appropriate pleadings so that all of these causes may be transferred and con-
solidated in the proper proceeding, Case No. 79-601, St. Lucie County, Florida.
2. The Receiver be and he is hereby authorized to employ such indivi- -
duals as he may deem necessary for the purpose of carrying on the businesses
associated with this proceeding, including retaining certain bookkeeping facili-
ties and personnel and managers, including housekeeping and rental supervi-
sory personnel.
3. The Receiver be and he is hereby authorized to immediately make
payment in redemption of the real and personal property taxes for 1979 pre-
sently due and outstanding against the corporations. -
