4. Insofar as the existing litigation whereby TURTLE REEF ASSOCIATES,
INC . is attempting to recover on insurance policies for storm damage incurred
by Hurricane David wherein HUBERT R. LINDSEY, Esq. is presently represent-
ing the corporation, the Receiver is authorized to ratify and confirm the existing
contract, and Mr. Lindsey is authorized to continue the litigation.
S. In relation to the outstanding obligations of AMERICAN RESORT
r1ANAGEMENT, INC. for certain deposits received from the owners or occupants
of the condominium units of Turtle Reef Club, the Receiver is hereby restrained
from making any payments for a period of thirty (30) days from the date hereof
to allow the Receiver to properly categorize the claims and to marshall such ,
assets as may be available for the paymant of these obligations. The Receiver
shall report his findings to the Court prior to making any repayments:
6. The Receiver be and he is authorized to retain counsel -for -the
purpose of bringing such action as may be appropriate for an accounting and
other relief against HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN OF FLORIDA, Holly-

wood, Florida, now designated HOME SAVINGS ASSOCIATION OF FLORIDA.
~ This action. shall be brought in the present existing proceeding so that all
~ parties will be before a single court. Such action may also be for such damages
as counsel may feel are property attributable to HOME SAVINGS.
7. Upon request of counsel HUBERT R . LINDSEY , he -is hereby re-
lieved of his representation of HAZEN KREIS and RAYMOND LOVEDAY , and
these Defendants shall have twenty (20) days from the date hereof in which to
obtain another and different counsel. This cause be and the same is hereby
stayed during the period of the said 20 days except that the Receiver may pro-
ceed with such appropriate action as he may deem necessary against HOME
SAVINGS. -
