July, 1980, upon the Motion to Compel filed by the Defendants,

CORBITT, and the Court having heard argument of counsel and
it appearing that the deposition of Dr. Desai, the psychiatrist

who previously treated MARY TUCKER, the Plaintiff, would be
relevant or could lead to relevant evidence in this cause,
it is upon consideration
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Motion to Compel, be
and the same is hereby granted and the Plaintiffs shall furnish
whatever authorization is requested by Dr. Desai for the taking
I! of his deposition in this cause.
