HomeMy WebLinkAbout0961 _ , such as failing to give to the Defendants a written response within a reasonable period-of time to their request that the Plaintiff accept a deed in lieu of foreclosure without the Plaintiff waiving any rights to obtain a deficiency judgment as well as-the several requests for the Plaintiff to join in the Declaration of Condominium so that certain of the units could be sold and for releases of some units under contract for sale. It is, thereupon ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that Plaintiff's claim for a deficiency judgment against the Defendants be and the same is hereby denied and said Defendants shall qo hence-sinedie, and it is _ FURTHER ORDERED that the court reserves jurisdiction for .the assessment of attorneys' fees and costs.
