LAWRENCE A. BUCKHOLD
I, LAWRENCE A. BUCKHOLD, a resident of Sarasota County,
Florida, do hereby make, publish and declare this instrument
to be my Last Will and Testament and hereby revoke any and
all Wills and Codicils heretofore made by me.
ARTICLE I.
l.l) I direct that all of my debts allowed in the
course of the administration of my estate,~the expenses of ,

illness, funeral and interment be paid out of my estate.

2.1) I give and bequeath all of my tangible personal

property including, but not limited to, clothing, jewelry,
silver, furniture, books, works of art, automobiles and boats .

together with all insurance thereon or in respect thereof, `

owned by me at the-time of my death to my daughter, LOTS t

CANNON, and my daughter, CAROL BERRY, or to the survivor of
them, in such manner as they shall agree or if they fail to
agree in such manner as the personal representative shall
direct.

ARTICLE 3. -
3.1) I give, devise and bequeath all the rest, residue
and remainder of my estate, real or personal,-wheresoever situ-
ated and whether now owned or hereafter acquired by me, includ- ~
ing any life insurance payable to my estate or to my personal
representative, but excluding any property over which I tray
have any power of appointment at the time~of my death to
VENICE-NOKOMIS BP.NK AND TRUST COMPANY, Venice, Florida, and
its successors in trust, as Trustee, to be added to and be- ~
