(b) To enforce, settle, compromise or pay
any claims, including taxes, asserted in
favor of or against me or my estate; to
file income and gift tax returns in my
name and to determine and•pay out of
estate funds all such taxes or such
portion thereof as my personal repre-
sentative shall deem proper.
(c) To_make division or distribution, in
cash or in kind or partly in cash and
partly in kind, even if shares be com-
posed differently, and for that purpose
to make binding and conclusive determin-
ations as to the value of any such property.
4.3) Tie term "personal representative" as used in this
dill has the_same meaning as the words "executor" and'~xecutrix"
and, except where the context otherwise indicates, such term
also includes any administrator or administrators with the
