respect to the Declaration of Condominiton as to tl,r. condominiran in which his twit is
located and Lxhibits attached thereto, including but nut limited to (+~hethcr the same are
attached to the lkkclaration or referred to therein), the By-la+rs of the Association,
Articles of Ltcoihoration, the Rules and I:ebulations, copy of projected operating budget,
copy~of sales brochure and floor plan oi' apartment purchased by purchaser, and all Amend-
ments to the aforesaid Declaration and P~tl~ihits •and thc.• i\rt ides of Irx:orhoration, By-Laws
;u~d Declaration of Covenants oral Restrictions of the Property O,vrters' Association; and
Purchaser further ackno+,rledges receipt of and reading <rnd ex;unination of said. Declaration,
its Exhibits, .utd budget, sales brochure and floor plan, and acknowledges that each and
every provision of the foregoing is essential to the successful operation and r,kvtagement '
of the Condominium property and is in the best interests and for the benefit of all the
o+aners therein, Purchaser and all o+vners of parcels in the aforedescrihed Condominiton }
covenant and agree to abide by each and e~~ery provision of said Declaration of Condominium
and Exhibits attached thereto. ['urchaser hereby ratifies and confirms and approves all
of the terms and provisions of said Declaration of Cc~ndominitnn and Ixhibits attached
thereto, and agrees that tl+e assessment under the Property Darters' 1ssociation documents
referred to above -and the prov.isiorts~ therc,•uf arc reasonable, fair and eduitable, and
said Purchaser acknowledges and confirms that the Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions
of the Property Aaners' Association has enctmrberrd aiul irq~ressed a lien upon the Condo-
miniton parcel being conveyed to Purchaser, as security-fir-his ohligations under the
said Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions of the Property Ckvrters' Association and
said Purchaser asstmres the obligations as to the Property Aant:rs' Association as to his ~
condominium parcel.. Purchaser confirms that all warranties, representations and induce- i
