PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE'S DEED
THIS INDENTURE, executed this ~ day of July, A. D., 1980,
between WYNELL V. WILLIAMS, as personal representative of the Estate of
FRANK K. JENSEN, deceased, party of the first part, and ANDREW L. BEKE and
ELAINE C, BEKE, his wife, parties of the second part, whose mailing address

WITNESSETH:
The party of the first part, pursuant to the Order of the
- " Circuit Court for St. Lucie County, Florida, dated. May 13, 1980, and in

o consideration of the sum of X30,000.00 and other good and valuable
`s' consideration in hand paid, grants, bargains, sells, aliens, remises,

releases, conveys and confirms to the parties of the second part, their heirs

; and assigns forever, the real property in St. Lucie County, Florida, described
as follows: ~ one-half interest in the following:
~;;~i ~ Lots 15, 16, 17 and 18, Block 7, WHITE CITY
~ SUBDIVISION, according to the Plat thereof, as
` ~ recorded in Plat Book 1, page 23, of the Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.

TOGETHER with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments and
