That due to the nature o~ the lots and the difference in
their respective values, the undersigned and his two brothers,
believe it to be in their best interest to take title to the
nine (9) lots as tenants in common rather than to select their - '
choice of three (3) lots apiece as provided for in said will.
Therefore, the undersigned joins with his brothers, T. Daniel
McCain and Douglas C. McCain, in electing to take title to the said
lots as tenants in common.
Under penalties of perjury I declare that I have read the
foregoing and the facts alleged are true, to the best of my
knowledge and belief.
