Personal Representative for Leave to Sell Real Estate (Lot 4,

Florida), and the Court having been apprised that the above
decedent's Will does contain a power of sale, it is hereby
ORDERED AIlD ADJUDGL'D as follows
1. The Personal Representative of the above-captioned
estate is hereby authorized to sell the subject real property to
LENA FRODELLY, one of the heirs of the estate, for the sum of
$45,750.00, Provided said heir qualifies to purchase sane and is
'i able to close on same within thirty (30) da~~s from the date of
.this Order. In the event LENA FRODELLY fails to so qualify, this
