KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that MARVIN E. MELTON
the owners and holders of that certain tfwrtgage and the indebtedness secured thereby, executed by

St. Lucie County, Florida, as follows
That part of Tract "A", MELTON'S-RIVERVIEW SUBDIVISION, as per plat thereof
on file inPlat Book 9, page 43, of the public records of St. Lucie County,
Florida, more particularly described as follows: Start at the NW corner
of said Tract "A" and run N 90° E along the~North property line of said
Tract "A", a distance of 162.00 feet to the point of beginning: Thence
continue to run N 90° E a distance of 167.08 feet to the Westerly R/W of
U. S. Highway No. 1 as layed out•and now in use, thence run Southeasterly
along said R/W being a curve of Radius •3650.49 feet a distance of 83.00
feet, thence run S 74°59'13" W a distance of 197.97 feet, thence run
N 2°04'17" W a distance of 129.11 feet to the Point of Beginning:
Being Parcel 3 of an unrecorded survey of said Tract "A".
At the request of said mortgagors and in consideration of the sum of Ten (10.00) Dollars and other valuable considerations
inuring to the undersigned from First Federal Savings and Loan Association of Fort Pierce, do hereby subordinate the lien
and operation of said mortgage to the lien and operation of that certain mortgage, and the indebtedness secured thereby
executed by the said mortgagors to FIRST FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF FORT PIERCE under date of
June 2, 80 ~ O.R. 334 675
