The Mortgagor do hereby fully warrant the title to said real Property, and will defend the saa?e against the lawful calms of all persons
whomsoever. In the event We aforesaid real property k sold or otherwise conveyed without the written consent of the Mortgagx, such sale or oonvey-
ance at Yortgsgee's option shall be considered a default under this Mortgage and the Mortgagee shall be entitled to aU remedks provided herein and/or
as provided by law aril equity. This Mortgage is not assumable rot is the Mortgagor's interest herein tramferabk without lire prior written consent of We
Mortgagee.
PROVIDED, HOWEVER, that if the Mortgagor shall make all payments required by the said promissory note, and shall well and truly
perform and comply with each a~ every cotenant of said promissory note and of this mortgage, then this mortgage shall be null and void, othetwbe to
remain im full force and effect.

now or hereafter to be erected oo the mortgaged Property (together wiW any personal property included iA this mortgage) inwred against bas or damage
by fire and suds other hazards, in such unonnts and with such carriers as stall be aaxptabk to the Mortgagee; gad the said Mortgagor, and each of them,
hereby waive all right of homestead and exemptions under the constitution and Laws of Florida.
If any of the foregoing covenants should be breached by the Mortgagor, then: (I) said promissory Note and aB monies hereby sxured
at the option of the Mortgagee amd without demand shalt become immediately due and payable; (2) the Motiga~e at its option may pay any such deals-
quent sums and interest due miler provisions of the foregoing oorenants and the full amomtt of such paymeats shall bear interest from the date thereof
untrT paid by the Mortgagor at the rate of ten per cent (1096) per amttrm and together with the agreed interest shalt be secured by the lien of this mort-
gage; and, (3) this mortgage may forthwith be fotedosed. In the event of any forecbsure of this mortgage, the Mortgagor agree to pay all costs aril ex-
penses of foredosun, irtduding reasombk attorney's foes, together with any and all amounts which the Mortgagee shall bare disbursed under provisions
of this Mortgage and the Note secured thereby, and the Mortgagee shall be entitled to apply to the court for a Receive for the mortgaged property, with-
out mtloe and without trtgard to the value of the mortgaged property or to the solvenry of the Mortgagor. and all rents, profits, income, issues and
revenues of the property shall be applied by the Receiver according to the Lien and equity of this Mortgage.
If there be only one mortgagor, all plural arords herein referring to the Mortgagor shall be construed in the singular.
