TT appearing from the evidence before the Court that JAMES A.
JONES has been gainfully employed and has willfully failed to pay the .
child support and alimony as required by the Final Judgment of this
Court entered on the 17th day of January, 1980, and i-s, as of this ;
date July 18, 1980, in arrears $1,286.00 amount being $673.00 child
support, $600.00 alimony, plus $13.00 Court Costs, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that far such failure he stands in contempt
of this Court but may purge himself of this contempt by hereafter pay- .
inq the $1,286.00 arrearage at the rate of $100.,00 per month, each and
every month, commencing July 25, 1980. These payments to be in add-
' ition to the regular $275.00 per month child support and $100:00 per

j month alimony payments provided for above, making a total payment of
I $475.00 per month, plus the statutory Clerk's .fee of $2.00. Payments
f to be made in cash, cashier's check or monAy order. If Respondent
James A. Jones does not purge himself of his contempt as provided above
he shall be required, upon written affidavit of the Petitioner to serve
ninety (90) days in the St. Lucie County Jail.
JURISDICTION of this cause, and the .parties hereto, is retained
for the entry of such further orders as may be proper.
