IT appearing from the evidence before the Court that LUTHER GENE t
HARRIS has willfully failed and refused to pay the child support as required

by .the Final Judgment of this Court entered on the 19th day of April, 1978,
and is, as of this date July 18, 1980, in arrears $161.00 including Court
Costs, it is
• ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that for such failure he stands in contempt
of this Court but may purge.himself of this contempt .by hereafter paying
the regular $15.00 per week child support payments, each and every week,
commencing July 25, 1980, plus the statutory Clerk's fee of $2.00. Pay-
ments to be made in cash, cashier's check or money order.
FORTHER ORDERED to pay the arrearage of $1b1.00.within thirty
days or on or before August 18, 1980.
If Respondent LOTHER GENE HARRIS does not purge himself of his j

~ contempt as provided above, he shall be required, upon written affidavit
~ of the Petitioner, to served thirty (30) days in the St. Lucie County Jail.
JURISDICTION of this cause and the parties hereto is retained
for the entr of such further orders as ma be- ro er.
