- STIPULATED ORDER
THIS CUASE coming on for hearing upon the consent of
the attorneys of record for the respective parties, and the
Court being advised that the parties have agreed to a.settle-
ment and that the Defendants shall pay the sum of $500.00 -
to the Plaintiff, and upon said payment, all claims by the
Plaintiff against said Defendants shall be released and
quitclaimed, it is upon consideration
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
(1) -That the Clerk of the Circuit Court shall re-pay -
~ to the law firm of Brennan, McAli-ley, Hayskar, McAliley &

Deckert, P.A., as attorneys for the Defendants, the follwoing

2. Interest for 3 years: 577.26
3. Cost deposit: 100.00
'TOTAL: $3,884.26
(2) That the Clerk of the Circuit Court shall retain

the sum of $21.93 as a Clerk'-s fee for handling the deposit
and shall also retain the sum of $14.00 for Certificate of

(3) That the security which was posted as a result of
the filing of said moneys, be and the same is hereby released.

(4) That the Mechanic's Lien entitled Claim of Lien
filed and recorded at O. R. Book 306 page 1716 of the Public ~
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, be and the same is hereby
