THIS CAUSE came to be heard upon Plaintiff's Motion for
Fin81 Judgment, and the Court having determined that service of
process was effected over Defendant in St. Lucie County, Florida,
that a Default was duly entered by the Clerk, and having"examined
the Affidavits submitted in support of Plaintiff's-Motion, it is
QRDERED AND ADJUDGED:
That Plaintiff, FIRST NATIONAL BANK AND TRUST CO1?tPANY OF
STUART, recover from Defendant, STEVE L. CHAPMAN, the sum of
X5,498.46, which sum includes principal and accrued interest,
plus costs in the amount of X39.00, and a reasonable attorney's
fee in the amount of X350.00,-the total judgment being for the sum
o-€ $5,887.46, for which let execution issue.
