DAVID SESCO and JULIE McDONALD SESCO, his wife. Said Defendants,
having been properly served with Summons and Complaint in this action
have failed to serve any paper upon Plaintiff or file any paper as
required by law in response to the Complaint-and therefore Plaintiff .
is entitled to default. Based upon the default, Final Judgment is
hereby entered against the Defendants, MICHAEL DAVID SESCO and JULIE
McDONALD SESCO, his wife, and in favor of Plaintiff, ROBERT R. LYONS,
individually, and ROBERT R. LYONS, for the use~and benefit of AMERICAN
