Ttw Grantee by acceptance and execution of this Marranty Deed acknowledges
that this conveyance is subject to the provisions of the Declaration of Condowiniiaa
described above, including the providona of all of its exhibits. The Grantee agrees
to be bound by all of said provisional the Grantee acknowledges and agrees that all
of said provisions are reasonable, fair and equitablet the Grantee hereby impresses -
a lien uypon the land and real property described above, as security .for hie obligations
as described in-aaid Declaration of Cond~owiniuw and its exhibitsi and the Grantee
acknowledges and agrees that said Declaration of Condarinivm-and-its exhibits and -
the purchase agrees?eat executed by the Grantor and .Grantee contain-all of the warranties,
representations and induceasnts concerning the purchase by the Grantee of the land
and read property described above.
